House Builds

With our own “in house” architects we are able to actively involve our clients in the design of their new house.

Following the procurement of planning consent and building warrant a start date on site is agreed and the foundations prepared for the timber framed structure.

We design and manufacture in our factory all our own timber frames which are appraised by our highly qualified engineers.

Our frames are delivered to site and erected by our own trained and experienced joiners.

To complete the house, the work is carried out by fully qualified and experienced tradesmen, ensuring the highest quality of finish.  Our houses are registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC) to give full warranty cover
